What happens when three colleagues realize they’re all asking the same question: “There has to be a better way to do this, right?”
We met in the corporate world doing business operations, people strategy, and change management. These are the kinds of roles where you see it all: the chaos, the potential, and the incredible people who just need better systems to support their vision. We quickly became friends because we shared the same passion: helping people build operational foundations the right way, creatively, efficiently, and with confidence from day one.
Three Buds Network is as an online community for people in business - especially entrepreneurs and small business owners - who want to grow, scale, and connect. It’s a space to learn the systems and workflows that make growth feel more sustainable, whether you’re just getting started or tightening up what’s already working. Katie is a chaos-to-clarity translator who loves turning messy ideas into executable plans. As a full-time Chief of Staff at a global consulting firm and a mom, she understands the balancing act of building big things while staying grounded in what matters most. She specializes in getting businesses unstuck—designing customized systems and foundational processes that bring alignment, momentum, and shared excitement around a common goal.
At her core, Katie believes that what’s personal is universal—we’re humans first, and business works best when we honor that.

Lindsey
Chief Operations & Financial Officer
Lindsey brings over a decade of experience in retail, sales, and operations, with a knack for creating systems and programs that run smoothly and efficiently. Known for blending creativity with organization, she excels at designing beautiful, functional spaces and crafting unique, memorable experiences that leave a lasting impact.
A native Michigander and die-hard Detroit sports fan, Lindsey has called Philadelphia home since 2017. Outside of work, she draws inspiration from art and fashion, enjoys exploring the city's expansive restaurant scene, and is always on the hunt for the perfect dirty martini.

Sarah Beth
Chief Community Officer
Sarah Beth has nearly a decade of experience in operations, employee experience, and business strategy, with a talent for event planning, logistics, and fostering accountability—all while keeping things fun.
A New Orleans native, she grew up with football Saturdays, college baseball, and a love for family recipes. After two years on the road for work, SB settled in Arlington, VA, where she loves exploring the DMV, finding the best brunch spots, and planning her next Disney trip or concert. A travel and music enthusiast, she's always ready with airport tips and a sense of adventure.
